Fish Claypot

Ingrédients

  • 1 mackerel steak (2 cm slice thick) 
  • 1 talespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon shallot pounded
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon caramel sauce
  • 1 red chili (slide)
  • 2 tablespoons of soya sauce
  • 3 springs onions (chopped)
  • 20cl water

 

Préparation

1. Combine all the ingredients in large bown.
2. In clay pot heat the vegetable oil on midium heat.
3. Sear the fish for 3 minutes on each side, the add all the marinade and water.
4. Turn down in low heat, cover and simer for about 10 minutes.

Note: Served with steam rice
